Sana'a: Governor Abdulwahid Salah launched the fourth phase of the concrete paving project on the Ib-Al-Udayn road. The phase, costing 200 million riyals and funded jointly by the local council and the Road Maintenance Fund, also includes 20,000 cement bags provided by the Central Interventions Unit.
According to Yemen News Agency, Governor Salah stated that the project is a priority for improving infrastructure and easing transport between districts, noting its contribution to local development and services. He emphasized the importance of implementing service projects to high technical standards and completing the remaining phases as scheduled.
Al-Udayn District Director Sanan al-Sanan highlighted that the project will address long-standing road difficulties and support the movement of people and goods. He also mentioned the continued coordination to advance other essential service projects.
