Amran: Amran governor Dr. Faisal Juma'an inspected summer course activities in the Dhibin district, emphasizing their role in developing students' skills and strengthening cultural and religious values.
According to Yemen News Agency, during his visit, governor Juma'an, accompanied by Dhibin district director Dhaifullah al-Ameri, reviewed the implementation of summer activities in Shawaba, al-Rakiyah, and the district center. They were briefed by supervisors on the progress of educational and cultural programs designed to enhance students' abilities and reinforce their connection to religious values and identity.
The governor highlighted the importance of community involvement in protecting youth from harmful ideologies and misleading cultures by encouraging parents to enroll their children in summer centers. He described these programs as a safe environment for learning, memorizing the Quran, and strengthening moral and cultural values. Juma'an stressed the need to make effective use of the summer break to raise awareness, expand knowledge, and promote ethical and national values among young people. He urged organizers to intensify efforts to deliver high-quality educational and developmental programs that contribute to building an aware and capable generation.
District director al-Ameri affirmed the commitment of local authorities to monitor the implementation of summer programs across all villages and areas, address challenges, and provide available resources to ensure their success. Separately, Director of the Youth and Sports Office in the governorate, Abdullah al-Wadaei, along with the directors of Raydah District Nashwan al-Ghuli and al-Soud district Abdulfattah al-Wadaei, inspected activities in several summer centers in the two districts. They received briefings on the educational, religious, and cultural programs being implemented to develop students' skills and strengthen their connection to national and religious values.
Al-Wadaei described the summer courses as an important educational station to safeguard students from misleading ideas spread through various media, particularly during school holidays. He called on parents to enroll their children in these centers to help nurture their talents and abilities. Both al-Ghuli and Abdulfattah al-Wadaei emphasized the importance of summer centers and the diversity of their programs, noting the continued efforts by local authorities to ensure successful implementation and achieve their intended goals.
