Amran: A meeting was held at Amran General Maternity and Child Hospital, chaired by the Governor of the Governorate, Dr. Faisal Juma'an, to discuss the hospital's operations and the level of medical and treatment services provided to patients. The meeting was aimed at evaluating the current healthcare services and identifying areas for improvement.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting reviewed a report by the hospital's director, Dr. Hadi al-Hamzi, on the performance level, medical and diagnostic services, and healthcare provided to mothers and children. The report also highlighted the difficulties hindering operations and proposed ways to address them.
During the meeting, which was attended by the Director of Amran district, Abdulrahman Al-Emad, and hospital staff, Governor Juma'an expressed his commitment to supporting the efforts of the hospital's administration and staff in improving healthcare services for citizens. He underscored the importance of enhancing the quality of medical services provided to mothers and children, acknowledging the contributions of the hospital's leadership and staff in delivering essential medical and health services.
The Governor emphasized that the health sector is a crucial service sector requiring continuous development to improve services provided to the community, particularly in light of the current circumstances in the country. He called for sustained efforts to enhance health services for patients and the broader community.
