Sana'a: A meeting of the preparatory committee for the Fourth Medical Conference at Amran University discussed on Thursday the final arrangements for the conference, scheduled to be held from September 16-17.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was chaired by the university president and conference chairman, Dr. Mohammed Al-Shule'. It focused on reviewing key activities organized by the university's Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, in collaboration with the health sector in the governorate. The emphasis was placed on thorough preparation and organization for the upcoming conference, themed "Children and Newborns."
The meeting addressed the final arrangements and mechanisms for joint coordination. Dr. Al-Dhule', the Chairman of the Conference, praised the efforts of supporting companies for their contributions to the previous conference on Obstetrics and Gynecology, which saw substantial success with participation from diverse official, international, and regional entities.
He urged partners to extend their support for the upcoming Fourth Annual Medical Conference on Pediatrics and Neonatology, expressing hope for active participation to ensure the conference's success. The event aims to be enriched by scientific studies and research, focusing on advancements in medical and academic fields, as well as the latest technological advancements, programs, and methods.
Furthermore, the conference's Secretary-General, Dr. Al-Iryani, the Head of the Preparatory Committee, Dr. Bushra Sari, and the Deputy Head of Al-Sammad Teaching Hospital Authority underscored that the conference's success would be a shared achievement among all partners.
