Anti-Corruption Authority Receives Financial Disclosure Declarations from Martyrs’ Families Care Officials

Sana'a: The Deputy Chairman of the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption, Ridan Al-Mutawakkil, received 14 financial disclosure declarations from officials of the General Authority for the Care of Martyrs' Families. These submissions came from the Deputy Chairman and various deputies and general directors within the Authority.

According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Mutawakkil first received the financial disclosure from Saleh Hamzah, the Deputy Chairman of the General Authority for the Care of Martyrs' Families. Following this, declarations were submitted by other key figures, including Hussein Al-Qadi, Deputy for the Care Sector; Majid Ezzan, Deputy for Planning and Development Sector; and Mohammed Sharaf Abu Talib, Deputy for the Information Sector. Additionally, 10 declarations were handed over by the general directors of the Authority.

The event was attended by notable figures such as Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Kumaim, a member of the Anti-Corruption Authority, and Mohammed Al-Qanass, Head of the Financial Disclosure and Anti-Illicit Gain Department. Al-Mutawakkil commended the leadership of the Authority for their collective action in submitting these financial disclosures. He emphasized that this step demonstrates the Authority's dedication to upholding the Financial Disclosure Law No. (30) of 2006, which aims to enhance public integrity and protect the civil service.

Saleh Hamzah, representing the Martyrs' Families Care Authority, stated that the submission aligns with legal requirements, reinforcing their commitment to the law. The handover ceremony also saw the presence of Abdulmalik Shae'a, Director General of the Follow-up Division for Financial Disclosure Compliance at the Anti-Corruption Authority.
