Raymah: The Planning and Budget Committee in Raymah Governorate approved the executive plan projects for the year 1448 AH during a meeting held on Monday. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Governor Hafedh Al-Wahidi.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was attended by directors of executive offices, and the committee reviewed a matrix of service and development projects. These projects are aimed at enhancing basic services and achieving sustainable development across the governorate's districts, aligning with the priorities and general guidelines for preparing the local authority's plan.
Deputy Governor Al-Wahidi emphasized the importance of preparing a realistic plan that meets community needs. He highlighted that projects should be built on field studies and indicators, with a focus on monitoring and evaluation to ensure effective implementation. He also noted that road projects linking districts and agricultural areas are among the top priorities, following the directives of Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, due to their role in promoting local development and improving infrastructure.
Planning Sector Official Imad Jarfan explained that successful development plans require integrated efforts between the local authority, executive offices, and the community. He stressed the importance of working in a spirit of responsibility and partnership to ensure efficient project implementation and development that meets the aspirations of the governorate's residents.
