Sana'a: The Yemeni Armed Forces have announced two military operations targeting key sites in Saudi Arabia as a response to continued aggression and siege against Yemen. According to Yemen News Agency, the operations were a reaction to an escalation in hostilities, with over 450 airstrikes launched by Saudi forces across various Yemeni governorates this week.
The first operation targeted the Aramco facility in Yanbu, with the Yemeni forces deploying dozens of ballistic missiles and drones. The strikes were reported to have caused significant fires and destruction at the facility. The second operation focused on the Khamis Mushait Air Base, where a number of ballistic missiles were used to execute precise strikes.
The Yemeni Armed Forces have stated their intent to persist in defending their country, promising further operations inside Saudi territory until the ongoing aggression ceases and the blockade on Yemen is lifted. The statement emphasized their commitment to maintaining a stance of "a siege for a siege" and "an escalation for an escalation," while placing their trust in divine support.
