Sana’a: The Center for Strategic Studies of the Armed Forces, in cooperation with the Morale Guidance Department, organized a scientific seminar in Sana’a titled “US-Israeli Dimensions and Threats and Arab Position and Response.” The event took place on Monday.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the opening of the symposium, participants commemorated the martyrs of Hezbollah and other resistance leaders by reciting al-Fatiha. Major General Dr. Qasim Al-Tawil, head of the center, delivered a speech conveying greetings from the Ministry of Defense and the Chief of the General Staff to those present.
In his address, General Al-Tawil discussed several strategic political issues affecting the Arab world, emphasizing the need for a unified Arab stance against US administration plans perceived as threats to Arab national security. He asserted that efforts to displace Palestinians would fail, highlighting Yemen’s unique and distinguished support for the Palestinian people on a global scale.
The seminar featured working papers that assessed political strategies, including Trump’s plan, which is seen as an extension of Zionist aspirations under the New Middle East initiative. Participants concluded the seminar by recommending enhanced Arab cooperation, increased support for the Palestinian cause, advocacy to halt Zionist occupation crimes, and the development of Arab deterrence capabilities.
