Saada: A general mobilization and full combat readiness was declared on Saturday by the tribes and sheikhs of the Saher district in Saada province, aiming to end aggression and blockade, in response to a call by revolutionary leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi.
According to Yemen News Agency, a large armed tribal rally was held where participants affirmed their commitment to the leader's directives, pledging to mobilize all available resources in a broader struggle for sovereignty and independence. The crowds expressed their support for statements issued by the Yemeni armed forces, describing them as reflective of public sentiment and determination. They also voiced backing for military units, including missile, air, and naval forces, in their deterrence efforts against Saudi Arabia.
The rally reiterated loyalty to the movement's leadership and declared their readiness to respond to any escalation involving Saudi Arabia and its allies, including the United States and Israel. Additionally, appreciation was expressed for Iran's position regarding recent developments, specifically its role in facilitating travel arrangements for a Yemeni delegation attending funeral ceremonies abroad.
Furthermore, the rally reaffirmed their support for Gaza and emphasized the unity of fronts, while calling for continued mobilization activities, training programs, and recruitment efforts. The tribes urged for broader national unity across Yemen to confront external forces and achieve full sovereignty, resource control, and national independence.
