Sa'ada: Residents of Al-Azqoul in the Sahar District of Sa'ada province organized an armed tribal rally on Wednesday to express their solidarity with Gaza. The rally was marked by declarations of readiness and disavowal of traitors and collaborators.
According to Yemen News Agency, Sa'ada Deputy Governor for Service Affairs, Saleh Oqab, highlighted the participation of the people of Al-Azqoul, viewing it as a reflection of the stance of Yemeni tribes. He affirmed the readiness of the Yemeni people to confront threats to the nation's security and the support for Gaza.
Participants, including Sahar District Director Amin Da'ah, criticized the silence and inaction of Arab, Islamic, and international communities concerning the genocide and starvation in Gaza. During the rally, Al-Azqoul residents announced a tribal honor pact disavowing those engaging in treason or inciting chaos to weaken support for Gaza.
A statement from the event attributed responsibility for the genocide and starvation tactics against Palestinians in Gaza to American and Zionist leaders. It accused them of crimes against humanity and exposed the hypocrisy of human rights slogans.
The statement also supported the revolutionary leader, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, in taking measures against Zionist aggression. It welcomed the activation of the fourth phase of escalation in support of Gaza and reaffirmed the commitment to the Palestinian cause. The statement called on Yemenis to participate in 'Al-Aqsa Flood' training programs and continue supporting rallies for Gaza.
