Anbar: Authorities reopened Mahweet-al-Qanawes road in Jabal al-Tarf area, Anbar village, after a rockslide blocked it last week.
According to Yemen News Agency, head of the supervisory team for Mahweet road projects, work crews from the Public Corporation for Roads and Bridges cleared the road with funding from the Road Maintenance Fund.
He noted that the rockslide, triggered by floodwaters, had cut off traffic, while stressing that road maintenance efforts across the governorate are ongoing within available resources and priorities.
