Sana'a: The Women's Development Department in Sana'a Governorate organized an awareness workshop to launch the activities and events marking this year's Martyrs' Day. The event aimed to raise awareness, empower female cadres to perform their duties efficiently, and foster a sense of responsibility and initiative in commemorating the martyrs.
According to Yemen News Agency, the workshop was attended by the Director of the Department in the Governorate, Amat Allah Al-Muhturi, alongside female officials from the Department in the directorates. The workshop addressed cultural, health, and administrative topics to enhance cultural and health awareness among women in the directorates.
The discussions focused on the values of martyrdom and examined the role of women in promoting community awareness about ways to prevent cholera and other epidemics prevalent in rural areas. Additionally, participants received training on preparing monthly reports and developing implementation plans.
