Sana'a: Bani Matar district of Sana'a province concluded its summer activities and courses, held under the theme "With Knowledge and Jihad, We Advance in the Battle of Support."
According to Yemen News Agency, during the closing ceremony, Province undersecretary Hamid Asim commended the efforts of the summer school staff and the students' active participation. He highlighted the commitment of parents to enroll their children in these courses to enhance their scientific, cultural, and creative skills.
Asim stressed the significance of summer activities in capacity building and talent development, as well as their role in protecting students from harmful influences and equipping them with necessary awareness.
Hadi Ammar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research for the Basic Education Sector, lauded the students for completing the courses, which imparted valuable knowledge and religious guidance. Ammar recognized the contributions of those organizing the summer activities and encouraged parents to continue enrolling their children in future programs.
Talib Dahan, Undersecretary of the Governorate for the Education Sector and Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Summer Courses, appreciated the students' performances, which demonstrated the positive outcomes of the courses. He noted the emphasis on cultural identity and values in preparing a knowledgeable generation, resistant to external influences. Dahan acknowledged this year's success across all directorates, achieved through the cooperation of government and community efforts.
