Bayda: The Security Department of Bayda governorate organized a commemorative event today to mark the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him and his family) birth. The event saw the participation of key figures including Deputy Governor Ahmed Al-Sayqal, President of Al-Bayda University Dr. Ahmed al-Arami, and Deputy Mobilization Official Abdulrahman al-Hubsi.
According to Yemen News Agency, speeches at the gathering emphasized the importance of strengthening loyalty to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and adhering closely to his guidance, especially in light of the exceptional circumstances and challenges facing the nation. Speakers reviewed various aspects of the Prophet's life, including his morals and virtues, and highlighted the duty to emulate his patience and steadfastness in conveying the divine message.
They stressed that commemorating the Prophet's birth reflects the Yemeni people's attachment to their faith identity, their rejection of domination and colonialism, and their readiness to make sacrifices in defense of the nation's causes. The commemoration was seen as an opportunity to raise community awareness of the values and principles of the Prophet's message, which represent the path of dignity and honor for the nation.
Speakers further affirmed the importance of upholding the Islamic path brought by the Prophet in resisting tyrants and oppressors. They specifically pointed out 'the tyrants of this era-America and Israel,' indicating Yemen's continued firm stance in support of the nation's causes, with particular emphasis on the Palestinian cause.
