Local Authority in Hajjah Mourns Passing of Esteemed Scholar Muhammad Al-Khalid

Hajjah: The local authority in Hajjah province, along with the Association of Yemeni Scholars, the Office of the Grievances Authority, and the Court of Appeals in the governorate, has mourned the passing of the esteemed scholar Muhammad Abdullah Al-Khalid, who died at nearly 100 years of age.

According to Yemen News Agency, the mourning entities commended the virtues of the late scholar, emphasizing his crucial role in teaching Islamic sciences and countering distorted ideologies for decades. They also highlighted his exceptional service as a judge in Al-Shaghadera district, noting his dedication to justice and knowledge.

The entities expressed that with his passing, Hajjah has lost one of its most distinguished scholars, who devoted his life to serving knowledge and justice. Under his mentorship, many students of knowledge graduated, leaving a lasting legacy.

Condolences and sympathy were extended to the children, grandchildren, family, and relatives of the deceased, as well as to the people of Al-Shaghadera district and the entire governorate. They prayed for Almighty Allah to bestow His mercy upon him, grant him paradise, and provide patience and solace to his family and loved ones. "Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return."
