Beijing: Major cultural companies in Beijing generated operating revenues of approximately 1.2 trillion yuan (USD 1 ‹Å“ 7.2 yuan) in the first half of 2025, up 13.3% year-on-year, according to Beijing Statistics Bureau data.
According to Yemen News Agency, total profits reached around 175.9 billion yuan, marking a 33.5% increase. Key cultural sectors, including news information services, content creation and production, creative design, cultural communication, and cultural entertainment, saw revenue growth ranging from 1.3% to 19%, collectively generating 1.1 trillion yuan, up 14.1% year-on-year.
New cultural forms contributed 880.9 billion yuan in revenues, up 15.9% compared to the same period last year.
