Sana'a: Member of the Supreme Political Council Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor commented on the political, faith-based, educational, and resistance-focused speech delivered Thursday afternoon by Ansarullah leader Abdulmalik al-Houthi.

According to Yemen News Agency, Bin Habtoor said he closely followed the speech, which addressed political issues related to the policy of 'blockading the blockade' adopted by millions of Yemenis who took to the streets in Sana'a and other cities and areas last Friday. He said the leader highlighted the severe suffering of Yemenis due to restrictions preventing travel through airports and ports in areas under the national government's control, accusing Saudi Arabia of continuing policies planned with the United States, Israel, Britain, and France against the resistance axis, particularly Yemen.

Bin Habtoor also stressed the alignment between Saudi policies and US-Israeli projects in the Middle East, saying that supporters of the region must resist what he described as the 'American-Israeli Zionist project.' He added that observers could easily see the 'harmony between Saudi actions and American-Zionist policies,' citing remarks attributed to US President Donald Trump about Saudi support for Israel.

He stated that the Revolution Leader had exposed and condemned these Saudi actions, violations, and practices against Islam, as well as their alignment with the indecent scandals linked to Jeffrey Epstein's 'pornographic' island, describing them as disgraceful acts that contradict the conduct and values of Muslims. He highlighted the importance of the Revolution Leader's remarks that the rulers of Al Saud brought an immoral and controversial American singer to the holy lands, who performed songs and made insults against Allah, prophets, and angels, with prior knowledge and approval of Saudi authorities, considering this a provocation to the feelings of Muslims worldwide.

The Supreme Political Council member praised the speech's discussion of the meaning and value of honorable resistance alliances in the region versus unethical Zionist alliances in carrying out political projects in the Middle East and the Arab world. He quoted the speech as saying: 'We are allied with the axis of resistance in Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, and Iran under a declared policy and banner for Palestine and its oppressed people, whose land has been occupied for nearly 80 years. This is a religious, Arab, and moral duty for every free and upright person to support the blood of the martyrs and their pure souls, which have been generously sacrificed in support of Palestine and its liberation from Zionist occupation.'

He also welcomed the Revolution Leader's emphasis that the Yemeni leadership and people have grown weary of Saudi Arabia's evasion of its obligations to end the aggression, lift the blockade, and stop conspiracies against Yemen, affirming the decision that 'blockade will be met with blockade, and aggression will be answered with whatever military, security, and resistance capabilities Allah has granted us, as we continue on the path of truth.' Dr. Bin Habtoor stressed that Saudi Arabia's escalation of its hostile war against the Yemeni people will continue to be met with painful responses from the Yemeni people and their armed forces.

He considered the current 'blockade-for-blockade' equation the best option for the Yemeni people to secure their legitimate rights, foremost among them ending the unjust blockade, preventing interference in internal affairs, and fulfilling obligations for compensation and reparations for the damage inflicted on Yemen as a result of 12 years of war and blockade. He noted that the Saudi regime's continued escalation of its aggressive approach against Yemen and its people will have grave consequences for the regime itself, as well as for the stability of the region and the entire world. He stressed that the Yemeni people and their armed forces, led by Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, now possess the means and capabilities to continue steadfastness and confrontation, end the blockade, and secure the rights guaranteed by international laws, treaties, and norms.

The Supreme Political Council member called on the Saudi regime to heed the voice of reason and wisdom, end the situation caused by its criminal aggression, lift its futile and suffocating blockade that has inflicted immense suffering, acknowledge the legitimate rights of the Yemeni people, and stop its harm against them. He said Yemen, which has made great sacrifices throughout years of confronting aggression and a criminal blockade in defense of its sovereignty and its right to freedom, independence, a dignified life, and security like all peoples of the world, will not accept any form of guardianship or interference in its internal affairs.

He reiterated that the Saudi regime's, and behind it the American and Israeli, reliance on its agents and mercenaries to achieve objectives it has failed to accomplish over the years is a losing bet. Dr. bin Habtoor stated that the proud and free Yemeni people, their armed forces, and their patriots are at the highest levels of readiness and preparedness to confront every traitor, agent, and mercenary.

He praised the content of the Revolution Leader's speech today and the valuable directives and messages it contained regarding the paths of escalation against the Saudi enemy, noting that the speech reflected the position of all free people across Yemen, including those in the occupied provinces and areas who have come to understand that escalation and the equation of blockade-for-blockade are the best option to end aggression, drive out occupation, lift the blockade, secure rights, preserve the sovereignty and dignity of the Yemeni people.

The Supreme Political Council member concluded his statement by saying: 'I salute the steadfast and honorable heroic roles and positions of the Yemeni people, who throughout their history have refused to submit or surrender to invading aggressors and greedy powers. This has been clearly demonstrated in our present reality through their legendary steadfastness and confrontation of the aggression, occupation, and blockade coalition led by the United States, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, and through their rallying around their courageous and free revolutionary leadership, which events and positions have proven the correctness of its national liberation approach, its great ability to confront challenges and dangers and achieve victory.'
