Capital Secretariat Hosts Scholars’ Gathering and Commemorative Events for Imam Al-Hadi’s Arrival in Yemen

Sana'a: The General Mobilization Department in the Capital Secretariat organized a significant meeting on Monday, bringing together scholars, preachers, intellectuals, and educational and social elites. This gathering aimed to express solidarity with the Palestinian people and to initiate the commemoration of Imam Al-Hadi's arrival in Yemen for the year 1447 AH, under the theme "Gaza Calls Upon You."

According to Yemen News Agency, members of the Yemeni Scholars Association, including Saleh Al-Khawlani, Mahdi Al-Atani, Muhammad Al-Hakim, and Dr. Ahmed Al-Khazan, underscored the importance of connecting with Imam Al-Hadi. They emphasized following his noble path and traits in confronting injustice and tyranny, and in standing with the oppressed. The scholars discussed Imam Al-Hadi's humility, courage, and dedication to correcting the nation's course and his steadfastness in facing the tyrants of his era.

The scholars also stressed the need to revive Imam Al-Hadi's legacy today, to study his biography, and to embody the values and principles he upheld in confronting falsehood. They highlighted the importance of reinforcing a faith-based identity and promoting the principles of enjoining good and forbidding evil. They noted that Imam Al-Hadi established a strong state recognized by history, despite attempts by adversaries to distort and erase his legacy.

Furthermore, the scholars affirmed the importance of following the path of guiding scholars and reviving the memory of Imam Al-Hadi's arrival in Yemen to instill a culture of sacrifice and jihad for the cause of God. They emphasized the defense of Islam, sacred values, and the support of truth.

The Director of Guidance in the Capital Secretariat, Dr. Qais Al-Tal, emphasized linking the nation's current reality with Imam Al-Hadi's stances, justice, and principles. He highlighted Imam Al-Hadi's achievements in uniting the nation under the word of truth, establishing a state of justice and equality with Sa'ada as its capital.

Dr. Al-Tal also pointed out that Imam Al-Hadi Yahya bin Al-Hussein presented a model for establishing a state governed by divine law. He promoted justice, truth, and equality, providing solutions in economic and social spheres. Additionally, Dr. Al-Tal reviewed directives for upcoming events in the Capital Secretariat that will highlight the reasons for Imam Al-Hadi's call to Yemen, his biography, and his struggles against oppressors and tyrants.
