Sana'a: The fourth National Yemeni Honey Festival will kick off in the capital Sana'a on Saturday under the slogan 'Yemen, the Homeland of Honey.' Running for six days, the festival aims to promote Yemeni honey as a key national product with high nutritional and economic value.
According to Yemen News Agency, the festival will feature an exhibition of local honey products, awareness activities, and scientific and cultural seminars led by experts. It will see broad participation from beekeepers, producers, and marketers from several governorates.
Organizers say the event seeks to boost domestic consumption, improve production and marketing practices, and strengthen the honey sector's role in economic growth.
