Aflah al-yaman: A celebration and evening event marking the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) birthday was held in Aflah Al-Yaman District, Hajjah Governorate. The events were organized by the district's Agricultural Sector, the Agricultural Association, and the residents of Bani Ya'mar sub-district.
According to Yemen News Agency, speeches delivered during the celebration, attended by Dr. Mohammed Al-Arjali, the Head of Mobilization, along with local, security, agricultural, and social figures, emphasized that commemorating the Prophet's birthday is a tribute to the values, principles, and moral teachings of Islam.
The speakers highlighted the importance of drawing lessons from the life of the Prophet (peace be upon him), his status, values, behavior, courage, and struggles, and of emulating his virtues while reinforcing the unity of the Muslim Ummah-especially in light of current challenges, including the brutal Israeli aggression against the people of Gaza.
The event described the Prophet's birthday as a spiritual occasion to learn about the noble biography of the Seal of the Prophets (peace and blessings be upon him) and to correct misconceptions and distorted cultural ideas.
