Hajjah: Celebratory events and evenings commemorating the Mawlid al-Nabawi continued today in the districts of Washhah, Riff Hajjah, Karsh, Kahlan Afar, Kahlan Al-Sharaf, Khayran Al-Muharraq, Al-Maghriba, Aflah Al-Yaman, and Wadhrah in Hajjah Governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, events included cultural evenings, expanded meetings, and speech events organized by various sectors and local communities. Attendees included deputy governors, district directors, education and guidance officials, and local leaders.
Speeches emphasized the importance of commemorating the Prophet's birth to strengthen faith-based identity, draw lessons from his biography, and embody his values of compassion and charity. They stressed that the Yemeni people's unique celebration reflects their love and loyalty to the Prophet and adherence to his approach.
Participants called for wide participation in the central events on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal, highlighting that returning to the Quran and the Prophet's path is key to overcoming the nation's challenges.
The events featured poetic recitals and expressive segments celebrating the occasion.
