Chairman of Al-Mahwit University Visits Families of Martyrs, Provides Aid

Al-mahwit: Dr. Mohammed Al-Shalabi, Chairman of Al-Mahwit University, visited the families of several martyrs in Al-Mahwit city as part of the university's community outreach activities and initiatives, coinciding with the anniversary of the Prophet's birth.

According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Al-Shalabi, accompanied by the Vice Chairman for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Mohammed Sana'a, the University Secretary General, Abdulatif Al-Akhram, and the Assistant Secretary General, Dr. Khalid Al-Qazhi, provided food aid to the martyrs' families in appreciation of their loved ones' sacrifices in the cause of God and in defense of religion and country.

The President of Al-Mahwit University emphasized the university's commitment to upholding the values of social solidarity and benevolence exemplified by the noble example of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Addressing the needs of the martyrs' families is considered a moral and religious duty, and the least that can be offered in gratitude for the immense sacrifices and pure blood shed by the martyrs in defense of the homeland, its security, and its stability.

Dr. Al-Shalabi pointed out that the university is keen to strengthen its community presence and instill noble values derived from the ethics of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), especially during religious occasions that reinforce the meanings of mercy, solidarity, and compassion among members of society.
