Al-Thawra Hospital Authority in Sana’a City Commemorates Prophet’s Birthday with Speech Event

Sana'a: The Al-Thawra Model Hospital Authority in the Capital Governorate commemorated the Prophet's birthday for the year 1448 AH with a speech event attended by key officials and healthcare professionals.

According to Yemen News Agency, the event featured a speech by the Minister of Health and Environment, Dr. Ali Shaiban, who highlighted the Yemeni people's commitment to celebrating the birth of the Prophet Muhammad and their dedication to following his teachings in confronting injustice and supporting the truth. Dr. Shaiban addressed the challenges faced by Yemen due to external aggression, emphasizing the nation's resilience rooted in faith and steadfastness.

The event was attended by Deputy Ministers of Health, Dr. Abdulmalik Al-Sanani and Dr. Essam Al-Rumaimah, along with the Head of Al-Thawra Hospital Authority, Dr. Khaled Al-Madani, and the Deputy Director of the National Cancer Treatment Center, Dr. Mohammed Al-Mansour. Dr. Ali Sharaf Al-Din, a consultant neurologist, stressed the importance of commemorating the Prophet's birth in light of attempts to undermine his teachings and promote Western agendas.

Dr. Muhammad al-Mutawakkil, addressing the hospital staff, underscored the celebration as a renewal of commitment to the Prophet Muhammad's teachings. He called for efforts to counter anti-Islamic sentiments and emphasized returning to the core values of the faith.

Cultural activist Mohammed Shaara highlighted the occasion as an opportunity to reconnect with the Prophet's exemplary life and strengthen the faith-based identity of healthcare professionals. The event included cultural segments, poetry, and songs celebrating the significance of the occasion, attended by the leadership and staff of Al-Thawra Hospital.
