Sana'a: A charitable bakery was inaugurated in the Al-Balili neighborhood of Al-Wahda District in the Capital Secretariat, as part of community initiatives supported by the Nas Social Development and Charity Association. During the opening, the district director, Sami Hamid, heard from Munir Al-Hafdi, director of Al-Ihsan in the district, about the bakery's activities, which aim to provide bread to more than 1,400 of the most impoverished and needy families in the district's neighborhoods.
According to Yemen News Agency, in a related development, the director of Al-Wahda District, along with executives, community leaders, and development champions, launched the Al-Ihsan Charitable Kitchen in the Al-Balili neighborhood, also as a community initiative. They listened to Ammar Al-Hafdi, the kitchen's manager, explain the kitchen's activities, which involve distributing 700 meals to poor and needy families during the days of Ramadan.
Hamid praised these initiatives for promoting the values of solidarity, benevolence, and cooperation among community members, reflecting the directives of the Revolution's leader. He also urged the well-off to contribute to and support charitable projects that address the needs of poor and needy families, especially during the holy month.
