Beijing: China's one-year main loan interest rate stabilized at 3% on Monday, unchanged from the previous month. According to Yemen News Agency, the interest rate for loans of more than five years, which serves as a reference for setting mortgage rates, also remained unchanged at 3.5%. This stability in interest rates comes amid efforts to maintain economic balance and support financial activities within the country.
