Civil Service Minister Initiates Field Visit to Evaluate Job Discipline Post-Eid

Sana'a: Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development Dr. Khalid Al Hawali embarked on a field visit to evaluate job discipline and work commitment within public service units on the first working day following the Eid Al Fitr holiday.

According to Yemen News Agency, during the visit, Dr. Al Hawali was joined by Deputy Minister of Civil Service Anas Sufyan and several Undersecretaries from various sectors, including Control and Performance Evaluation, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Policies and Systems. The Minister highlighted the critical role of maintaining job discipline across public service units to enhance work development and ensure effective service delivery to citizens.

Dr. Al Hawali further emphasized the ministry's progress in administrative and institutional development aimed at improving work quality within state institutions. This progress is intended to facilitate the provision of quality services to citizens in a timely and convenient manner.

Adding to the initiative, the Undersecretary for the Control Sector noted that 222 field inspection teams have been deployed. These teams are responsible for overseeing the monitoring and evaluation process across 343 public service units and offices at both central and provincial levels.
