Civil Service Ministry Completes Workshop for Second-Tier Leaders in Sana’a

Sana'a: The Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development on Wednesday concluded an awareness workshop for the ministry's second-tier leaders in Sana'a.

According to Yemen News Agency, the two-week workshop featured lectures and awareness sessions focused on consolidating faith-based identity and its relationship to public responsibilities. Participants engaged with core principles derived from Quranic culture, emphasizing God-consciousness in various aspects of life, administrative duties, and public service work, while also raising awareness about conflicts with the country's adversaries.

The program also addressed strengthening the principle of the Muslim nation as one community, recognizing collective responsibility, promoting security awareness, consolidating Islamic brotherhood, and emphasizing submission and loyalty. It presented the Quranic model as evidence of Allah's greatness.

At the closing ceremony, Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, highlighted the ministry's commitment to organizing workshops and training courses to reinforce faith-based identity among staff and contribute to their spiritual development. He noted that maintaining a connection with God and seeking His guidance are fundamental for achieving success and excellence, viewing work as both a means of earning a living and an act of worship.

Dr. Al-Hawali further emphasized that sincere faith-based knowledge, reliance on God, and trust in Him are essential for achieving sound judgment and empowerment across various fields, including political and economic realms. He stressed the importance of translating Quranic principles into actions and conduct.

Ministry Financial Affairs Director Mohammed Jamal, representing the participants, stated that the workshop enhanced their understanding of faith-based knowledge rooted in Quranic culture, strengthening values of piety, honesty, awareness, and a sense of divine accountability. He praised the efforts that contributed to the workshop's successful organization and execution.
