Sana'a: Head of the Civil Status and Civil Registry Authority Brig. Gen. Hussein Aziz on Tuesday inspected the unified automated issuance complex in Sana'a governorate, along with civil status offices in Sanhan, Bani Bahloul, and Dar Salam.
According to Yemen News Agency, Aziz was accompanied by the governorate's security director, Brig. Gen. Mujahid Ayedh, as they reviewed service delivery in personal documents, birth and death registration, and fingerprinting departments. Officials provided him with a briefing on the measures implemented to simplify procedures and enhance citizen access to services.
Aziz commended the efforts made to improve performance through the use of modern technology and emphasized the importance of maintaining strong discipline and continuous improvements.
The governorate's security director highlighted the necessity of enhancing security performance and streamlining procedures, while local branch head Col. Naji Radwan noted that the visit serves as motivation for staff to intensify their efforts.
