Sana’a: The National Center of Meteorology and Early Warning has forecasted cold to very cold weather conditions across several provinces and highlands over the next 24 hours.
According to Yemen News Agency, the weather bulletin released by the center predicts cold to very cold conditions during the night and early morning hours in the provinces of Saada, Amran, Sana’a, Dhamar, Al-Bayda, and the highlands of Al-Dhalea, Lahj, Abyan, Ibb, western Al-Jawf, and southern Marib.
Additionally, the highlands of Hadramaut, Shabwah, Taiz, Raymah, and Al-Mahwit may experience cold weather. The center has issued warnings for citizens, particularly the elderly, children, and those working evening and early morning shifts in the affected regions, to be cautious of the cold conditions.
In light of these predictions, the center has also advised farmers in mountainous areas to take necessary precautions to protect their crops. Visitors to the cold regions are encouraged to take preventive measures against cold shocks.
