Specialized College in Al-Saddah Commemorates Annual Martyrs’ Day with Event

Al-saddah: The Specialized College in the al-Saddah district of Ibb governorate organized a commemorative event on Tuesday to honor the annual Martyrs’ Day for the year 1447 AH. The event highlighted the sacrifices made by Yemeni martyrs in defense of their nation.



According to Yemen News Agency, District Director Mohammed al-Durwani emphasized the significance of this year’s Martyrs’ Day, coinciding with Yemen’s ongoing efforts to uphold its values of steadfastness and sacrifice. Al-Durwani remarked on the dedication of Yemeni martyrs who have laid down their lives for the cause of the nation, notably for the Palestinian cause.



The event also featured remarks from the Dean of the Specialized College, Dr. Naji al-Sanai, who extolled the heroic deeds of the martyrs. He noted that their sacrifices serve as an enduring inspiration for future generations in their pursuit of freedom, independence, and sovereignty. Dr. al-Sanai stressed the importance of commemorating the martyrs’ valor to ensure their legacy remains a guiding principle for the nation.



Additionally, Akram Dhafer, Coordinator of the Bunyan Foundation in the district, called for continued support and assistance for the families of martyrs. He highlighted the duty to honor the families of those who sacrificed their lives for the homeland’s security and stability, recognizing their contribution to the dignity and pride of the Yemeni people.
