Fourth Forum for Talents & Creators of Summer Schools Launched in Shu’ub, Sana’a

Sana'a: Khaled Al-Madani, the First Undersecretary of the Capital Secretariat, inaugurated the competitions of the fourth forum for talents and creators of summer schools in Shu'ub District under the title "Knowledge and Jihad."

According to Yemen News Agency, the competitions, lasting four days and supervised by the Subcommittee for Summer Activities and Courses in the Secretariat, will feature students competing in various disciplines. These include Quran memorization and recitation, the summer curriculum, innovation, public speaking, oration, poetry, chants, storytelling, drawing, theater, and folkloric arts.

Al-Madani, along with Abdullah Al-Koul, the mobilization official in the district, Khaled Al-Jamrah, the director of the educational zone, and Ammar Al-Tuwaiti, head of the Talented and Creative Committee in the Secretariat's education sector, observed performances by participants. These performances demonstrated the participants' benefits from the summer programs and activities.

The First Undersecretary lauded the forum's organizers and its competitions for their role in discovering talented individuals. He stressed the importance of summer activities and courses in fostering a cultured, creative, and conscious generation equipped with knowledge, Quranic culture, and a faith-based identity. He called for intensified efforts and support to ensure the success of the summer courses and achieve their objectives.

Additionally, he emphasized the collective responsibility in safeguarding generations from the threats of soft war and misguided cultures, while instilling values, principles, and faith-based upbringing in youth.
