Training Workshop Launches in Sa’ada for 1447 AH Annual Plan Preparation

Sa'ada: A two-day training workshop on the executive mechanism for preparing the 1447 AH annual plan commenced on Tuesday in Sa'ada province, organized by the province's Planning Sector. The workshop is designed to equip 37 planning specialists from various districts and executive offices within the province with the necessary skills for drafting the 1447 AH plan, aligned with directives from the Planning Sector of the Prime Minister's Office.

According to Yemen News Agency, during the opening session, the Secretary-General of the Province's Local Council, Mohammed Al-Ammad, highlighted the importance of utilizing the knowledge acquired from the workshop to develop a plan that addresses the province's needs. He underscored the need to prioritize local requirements, update the current situation analysis, and identify key projects to achieve development goals. Additionally, he emphasized the importance of training local cadres in strategic planning to enhance community service.

Dr. Nasser Harban, head of the Planning and Development Sector, outlined the core objectives of the executive mechanism for preparing the 1447 AH development plan. He discussed its role in assessing the current state of development. The workshop's first day targets 17 trainees from the Planning Sector across the province's districts, while the second day focuses on 20 trainees from the executive offices in the province's center. This approach is intended to enable participants to prepare the plan efficiently, adhering to the required timeline and local priorities.
