Marib: Speech events and a seminar were held today in Al-Abdiyah and Badbadah districts of Marib Governorate to mark the annual anniversary of the Martyr of the Qur'an, Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the occasion of Isra'.
According to Yemen News Agency, speeches in Al-Abdiyah emphasized that the anniversary renews commitment to the Qur'an's path, continuing the struggle against forces of arrogance and aggression, and upholding principled stances in support of the nation's causes, foremost the Palestinian issue. The commemoration also highlighted the Martyr Leader's courage and sacrifices in confronting oppression and tyranny.
The seminar in Badbadah focused on the Isra' journey of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), describing it as a great miracle that honored him and strengthened his heart, demonstrating the Prophet's elevated status and God's limitless power.
