Sana'a: The team of the General Telecommunications Corporation defeated its opponent, the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, with a wide score of seven goals to one in the match that brought them together today at the Recreational Club stadium in Sana'a.
According to Yemen News Agency, the match is part of the conclusion of the second round of Group One in the 9th Yemeni Communications Football Tournament for Companies, organized by the Companies' Union under the supervision of the Ministry of Communications.
The first half ended with a score of seven goals to nil in favor of the Communications team, scored by Walid Aqlan (2 goals), Ismail Aqlan (20), Ibrahim Aqlan (23), Mohammed Jahaf, Mahdi Mubarak, and Ahmed Salem. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights team scored its only goal through its player Abdullah Al-Ward.
With this result, the Communications team raised its tally to six points, topping Group One standings, while the Ministry of Justice team remained without points after suffering its second consecutive loss.
