Amran: The primary courts in Amran governorate completed 8,118 cases out of a total of 12,469 during the past judicial year, 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, a statistic issued by the Governorate's Court of Appeal revealed that the civil, criminal, and personal status appellate divisions completed 1,224 cases out of a total of 2,527. The head of the Governorate's Court of Appeal, Judge Ahmed Sharaf al-Din, confirmed the elimination of pending or accumulated cases.
Judge Sharaf al-Din emphasized the plan for the year 1448 AH, which aims to minimize delays and postpone cases only for extreme reasons. This initiative seeks to ensure swift adjudication and achieve prompt justice. The Court of Appeal is addressing challenges and obstacles stemming from ongoing aggression and siege, including the targeting of judicial complexes by aggression's aircraft in the governorate's capital and other districts.
