Jabal al-mahwit: Activities and programs of the 1447 AH summer courses concluded on Wednesday at the schools of the Mikhlaf Sare’ district in Jabal Al-Mahwit Directorate with a speech ceremony held at Al-Shaheed Al-Sanwar Model School in Souq Al-Ahad.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Mahwit Governorate Undersecretary Mohammed Al-Qaram praised the strong turnout witnessed by the summer schools this year, which attracted 1,600 male and female students distributed across 18 schools in Al-Majadil and Bani Al-Waleed areas, with the participation of more than 70 male and female teachers. He affirmed that this engagement reflects growing community awareness of the importance of investing the summer vacation in developing the abilities of children and youth while strengthening their religious, cultural, and national awareness.
Al-Qaram described the summer schools as an educational and developmental environment that contributes to building a conscious generation fortified with faith-based identity, moral values, capable of confronting challenges and misleading ideas. He pointed to the significant attention given by the revolutionary and political leadership to summer activities and courses due to their role in preparing a generation equipped with knowledge, learning, and a sense of responsibility.
He also commended the efforts of the organizers, teachers, and staff for their dedication throughout the implementation of the programs, expressing appreciation to parents for their cooperation and keenness to enroll their children in the summer courses and benefit from their diverse activities.
