Sana'a: An applied training course on preparing administrative reports using artificial intelligence, organized by the Vocational Training Center for Roads affiliated with the Corporation, concluded today at the General Corporation for Roads and Bridges.
According to Yemen News Agency, the five-day course aimed to develop the skills of 26 trainees from the Corporation's cadres in preparing professional administrative reports by integrating report preparation methodologies with the modern capabilities of artificial intelligence.
At the conclusion of the course, the Chairman of the Corporation's Board of Directors, Engineer Abdulrahman Al-Hadrami, stressed the importance of keeping pace with technological developments and benefiting from artificial intelligence applications in developing institutional work and raising performance efficiency. He affirmed keenness to qualify the Corporation's cadres and enable them with modern skills, contributing to improving the quality of outputs, urging the trainees to make optimal use of the acquired skills and apply them in the work environment.
The course addressed methods of employing artificial intelligence in various stages of report preparation, starting from planning, organizing, and analyzing information, through drafting and developing content, to reviewing, verifying, and final output, along with practical applications in prompt engineering and smart workflow, with a focus on safe and responsible use and human verification of outputs.
The conclusion, attended by the Corporation's Projects Director, Engineer Sadiq Al-Jarbani, and Human Resources Director, Abdul Salam Qadi, included the distribution of certificates to the trainees.
