Ibb: The President of Ibb University, Dr. Nasr Al-Hajili, today conducted an inspection of the final exams for the first semester of the academic year 1448 AH, at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Al-Hajili assessed the regularity of the exams and adherence to the procedures outlined in the unified university calendar. During his tour of the examination halls, he commended the leadership, staff, and students of the Faculty for their dedication to maintaining the educational and examination process and ensuring that exams were completed on schedule as per the approved study plan.
He emphasized the ongoing efforts to utilize available resources to enhance the educational process and improve its outcomes. Dr. Al-Hajili highlighted that upgrading the educational environment, infrastructure, and academic services is a priority in the university's development strategy.
Dr. Al-Hajili also pointed out the recent maintenance and rehabilitation efforts at the Faculty, which include the renovation of amphitheaters, facilities, and facades, as well as the completion of network connections for electronic systems. He noted the automation of student data and the provision of final results through the electronic portal, which contributes to building an accurate and updated database for facilitating transactions and improving the efficiency of administrative and academic performance.
He stressed that digital transformation in university services is crucial for enhancing performance quality and making academic services more accessible to students. Dr. Al-Hajili called for the continued development of electronic systems and updating of databases to meet the needs of the Faculty and students, thereby improving institutional efficiency.
