Sana'a: Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Qahim met with Director of the Model Police Hospital Brigadier General Dr. Fahd al-Madwami and Director of the hospital's Technical Office Dr. Ahmed Mutahhar. The meeting focused on exploring avenues of cooperation, particularly in providing health insurance for employees of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works and addressing infrastructure needs such as paving and asphalting the hospital grounds.
According to Yemen News Agency, the discussions also covered the potential for the Ministry to construct a dedicated parking area at the Police Hospital. Additionally, there was a proposal to build an alternative pedestrian bridge to facilitate traffic flow, reduce accidents, and ensure pedestrian safety.
During the meeting, Minister Qahim praised the leadership and staff of the Police Hospital for their contributions to enhancing medical services and infrastructure within the hospital. Brigadier General al-Madwami acknowledged the Ministry's efforts in infrastructure development across various sectors and expressed appreciation for their role in the construction and development process.
