Courts and Public Prosecutor Offices in Al-Hodeidah Hold Cultural Evening for Prophet’s Birthday

Sanaa: The courts and public prosecutor offices of the Northern District in Al-Hodeidah Governorate, in Al-Zaydiyah Directorate, organized a cultural evening to commemorate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family. The event was attended by the Deputy Governor, Ghaleb Hamza; the Northern Axis Commander, Major General Fadel Al-Diyani; and the Northern Region Security Director, Colonel Sadiq Muslih.

According to Yemen News Agency, in a speech delivered on behalf of the Head of Al-Hudaydah Court of Appeals, Judge Ali Aqlain stated that Yemenis, in celebrating this occasion amid the ongoing repercussions of aggression and blockade, send a message of steadfastness to the world, adhering to the prophetic path which made resisting oppressors both a duty and a firm stance. He highlighted that Yemenis' attachment to the Prophet is reflected today in their support for the Palestinian people, standing alongside Gaza, backing the valiant resistance, and affirming that the Palestinian cause will remain the central cause of the Ummah despite all conspiracies.

Judge Aqlain added that the Prophet brought a message of justice that liberated humanity from the oppression of tyrants, and that any nation committed to his teachings and values can achieve victory regardless of the duration of arrogance, noting that the Yemeni people today embody this through their resistance and patience. He emphasized that Yemen's judiciary draws inspiration from the Prophet's life, embracing patience in the face of challenges and determination to fulfill its mission of serving the people and ensuring justice, as the judiciary represents the society's safeguard against chaos and injustice.

He also stressed that the justice advocated by the Prophet is realized only through resisting oppression, and that Yemen's judiciary operates from this vision, striving to uphold fairness and rights. Meanwhile, Al-Zaydiyah Public Prosecutor Judge Amer Al-Hakim noted that the Prophet's birthday revives the nation's spirit and reminds it of its responsibility toward major causes, foremost among them Palestine, affirming that Yemenis have proven themselves to be at the forefront of defending it.

Al-Hakim stated, 'By commemorating the Prophet's birthday, the Yemeni people affirm their integral role in the axis of steadfastness and resistance, sharing Gaza's pain and resilience, and seeing their support as an extension of the divine message that has always stood with the oppressed.' He concluded by noting that this blessed occasion instills hope and perseverance, connecting new generations to the roots of their faith-based identity, ensuring that the Ummah remains united in the face of global arrogance.
