The specialized criminal court in the capital city: issued verdicts today convicting 104 individuals of forging official documents, impersonating a legal trustee, and seizing endowment and state funds in the capital city and Sana'a Governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, the verdict was issued in a session presided over by Judge Hussein Al-Qa'al. The session included the presence of Prosecutor Judge Mohammed Al-Qatami, with several released defendants appearing in court. Out of the total 180 defendants in the case, 76 were acquitted. The criminal activities took place between 2004 and 2021 in areas located on Al-Qiyada Street in the capital city, as well as Bani Matar, Khawlan, Sanhan, and other areas in Sana'a Governorate.
