Criminal Division Considers Terrorist Cell Case Involving al-Qaeda

Sana'a: The Specialized Criminal Division in the capital held a session to consider the case of a terrorist cell affiliated with al-Qaeda, consisting of seven members, led by an Egyptian national named Naji Okasha.

According to Yemen News Agency, the session was chaired by Division Head Judge Abdullah al-Najjar. The panel also included Judge Hussein al-Azzi and Judge Mohammed Mufleh, with the presence of Public Prosecution Member Judge Ali al-Julhi. During the session, the parties involved were confronted with the previous procedures.
