Sana'a: The Pretrial Detention Center in Sana'a governorate organized its sixth cultural evening today as part of the events celebrating the Prophet's birthday anniversary, peace be upon him and his family. Participants from the "Martyr of the Quran" School in Al-Jardaa, attended by the Director of the Automated Issuance Complex in the governorate, Colonel Fares Askar, and the Director of the Detention Center, Major Mazen Issa, considered the commemoration of the Prophet's birthday an occasion to evoke the blessed biography of the noble Prophet, and to emulate his morals, principles, and values that embodied mercy, justice, solidarity, and humanity.
According to Yemen News Agency, the participants emphasized the importance of turning this occasion into a station for enhancing awareness and emulation of the greatest Messenger in behavior and work, highlighting the prominent role of Yemenis in supporting the Muhammadan message since the dawn of the call and carrying its banner to the far corners of the world.
Student contributions from the "Martyr of the Quran" School explained that the joyful celebrations of the birth of the bearer of glad tidings and warnings, Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family, express joy at the birth of the best nation brought forth for mankind. They pointed out that the Prophet's birthday is an opportunity to evoke the character and biography of the greatest Messenger and the noble and human values and principles his message carried, which contributed to bringing the nation from darkness to light, affirming that this occasion enhances awareness of the importance of emulating the noble Prophet in patience, steadfastness, jihad, responsibility, and community service.
The speeches highlighted the importance of the occasion for renewing loyalty and belonging to the Master of Messengers, emulating his qualities and his movement in supporting truth and the oppressed. They also addressed the significance of the Prophet's birthday as an educational and mobilization station for entrenching faith-based identity, strengthening the values of love, cooperation, and social solidarity, and evoking the noble Prophet's stances of patience, steadfastness, and calling to truth.
The evening, attended by a number of officers and soldiers of the Detention Center, included poems and choral segments expressing joy at the occasion.
