Sana'a: Residents of al-Shabab neighborhood in New Sana'a district in Sana'a governorate on Wednesday organized a cultural evening to celebrate the birth of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by Sana'a Governorate deputies Jibran Ghubar and Dr. Najeeb al-Qubati from the Ministry of Health and Environment, and Director of Financial Affairs at the Governorate, Mohammed Al-Amisi.
Cultural activist Khalid Gharab highlighted the importance of commemorating this significant religious occasion, especially amid the severe challenges facing the nation. Speakers emphasized the need to accompany celebrations with festive activities, reflecting joy and reverence for the Prophet Muhammad in the hearts of the people.
Participants also called for engagement in charitable acts, helping impoverished families, and following the example of the Prophet in generosity and compassion.
