Defense Minister and Chief of Staff Congratulate President Al-Mashat on Eternal September 26 Revolution

Sana'a: Major General Mohammed Nasser Al-Atifi, Minister of Defense and Military Production, and Major General Mohammed Abdulkarim Al-Ghamari, Chief of the General Staff, today sent a congratulatory cable to His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of the September 26 Revolution.

According to Yemen News Agency, the message extended sincere congratulations and best wishes on behalf of the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff, and all branches of the armed forces to President Al-Mashat and the Yemeni people. The September 26 Revolution is acknowledged as a significant event that laid the foundation for Yemeni revolutions and continues to be a symbol of unity and struggle.

The message also highlighted the concurrence of this anniversary with the eleventh anniversary of the September 21 Revolution, emphasizing the continuity of struggle under the leadership of Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi. The armed forces expressed their readiness and resolve to confront challenges and defend the homeland, supported by the leadership of Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi.

In addressing current challenges, particularly the actions of the Zionist entity against Palestine, the message reiterated Yemen's steadfast support for Palestine and Gaza, warning of a strong response to continued aggression. The armed forces pledged to continue defending the nation's dignity and causes, with soldiers maintaining readiness to protect Yemeni soil.

The message concluded with a vow to uphold the legacy of past leaders and martyrs, expressing hope for victory and extending wishes for the well-being of the wounded and the release of prisoners.
