Sana'a: Deputy Foreign Minister Abdulwahid Abu Ras sent a cable of condolences to the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Abbas Araqchi, on the martyrdom of the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larijani, and the Commander of the Basij Mobilization Forces, Brigadier General Gholamreza Soleimani.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Deputy Foreign Minister stated that the martyrdom of these leaders will not weaken the resolve of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the army, the Islamic Army of Iran, and the Islamic Republic. Instead, it will strengthen their cohesion and responsibility to continue on this path.

He emphasized that thousands of leaders were trained by these commanders, and the battle does not end with a commander's martyrdom but continues until victory is achieved. He remarked, "Let the enemy leaders know that these martyred commanders and those like them longed for martyrdom in the path of God and were not afraid of being killed or dying, for this is the destiny that awaited these men."

The Deputy Foreign Minister highlighted that the martyrdom of these leaders confirms that the nation is engaged in a pivotal battle against disbelief, specifically targeting America and the Israeli entity. He noted that these sacrifices will hasten the downfall of the forces of disbelief and those who support them.

He reiterated Yemen's steadfast support for Iran, the resistance in Lebanon, and the mujahideen factions in Iraq in their confrontation against American-Israeli aggression. Abu Ras also affirmed Yemen's ongoing support for the Palestinian people and their cause, for which these leaders sacrificed their lives. He expressed condolences and sympathy to the Iranian leadership, the Revolutionary Guard, the Iranian people, and the families of the martyrs, praying for their mercy and patience.
