Deputy Foreign Minister Receives Letter from Hezbollah on Support for Resistance

Sana'a: Deputy Foreign Minister Abdulwahid Abu Ras received a reply letter on Thursday from Hezbollah's Head of Arab and International Relations, Ammar al-Moussawi.

According to Yemen News Agency, in the letter, al-Moussawi expressed his sincere thanks and gratitude, on behalf of himself and the Hezbollah leadership, for the Deputy Foreign Minister's message, which conveyed strong support for the resistance and the Lebanese people.

Al-Moussawi stated, "I would like to take this opportunity to emphasize the bonds of brotherhood that unite us and to commend the distinguished role that Yemen, both its leadership and its people, has played and continues to play in supporting its brothers in Lebanon, Palestine, and Iran in confronting the unjust wars waged by the forces of American and Zionist aggression."

He further remarked, "The Yemeni people, in their struggle under the leadership of Sayyid Abdulmalik al-Houthi, have demonstrated unwavering resolve and strong faith in defending the land of their forefathers, national dignity, and Arab and Islamic identity, setting a shining example of jihad and sacrifice."

Al-Moussawi highlighted the struggle of the Lebanese resistance fighters against Zionist forces, asserting that the resistance is deeply rooted in the nation to confront the enemy's aggression and expansionist ambitions. He noted that, with the steadfastness and courage of its leaders and fighters, and the patience of its people, the resistance is capable of thwarting the enemy's plans and shattering its image of superiority and arrogance. He affirmed the certainty in Allah's promise of victory and liberation.
