Al-Turbah:Deputy Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Nasher Al-Qa'oud, assessed the workflow at Khalifa General Hospital in Al-Turbah, Taiz governorate, focusing on the quality of services provided to citizens.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Al-Qa'oud was joined by Dr. Essam Al-Rumaima, the Ministry's Undersecretary for Health Studies and Research, and Dr. Anis Al-Asbahi, the Ministry's spokesperson. They were informed by hospital officials about the hospital's operations, service delivery continuity, and the essential medical equipment and supplies needed to improve healthcare standards.
Dr. Al-Qa'oud stated that the purpose of the visit was to directly observe the health services offered to citizens, especially after the removal of enemy forces loyal to the aggression from Al-Turbah. He emphasized the ongoing operation of health and service facilities and efforts to stabilize the health situation in the area.
He also mentioned visiting several health centers in districts recently cleared of enemy forces and assured that the Ministry is committed to fulfilling its responsibilities in addressing medical facilities' needs and supporting health personnel. Dr. Al-Qa'oud reassured the public of the stability of the health situation and highlighted the measures being taken to enhance operational performance and secure necessary funding, commending the dedication of healthcare staff.
