Sana'a: Deputy Minister of Justice and Human Rights Judge Ibrahim al-Shami met with Head of the Central Organization for Control and Auditing Ali al-Emad to discuss aspects of joint cooperation and ways to enhance institutional coordination between the two sides in the areas of oversight, auditing, and the development of financial and administrative performance.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting addressed mechanisms for developing joint cooperation, exchanging expertise, and overcoming obstacles to serve the tasks of the Ministry and the Organization, and to enhance work efficiency within the established legal and administrative frameworks.
During the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Justice emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination between the Ministry and the Organization, considering that integration among state institutions contributes to developing institutional performance and raising the level of administrative and financial work, which positively impacts the quality of services and the achievement of the principles of integrity, transparency, and good governance.
For his part, the Head of the Organization affirmed his commitment to strengthening the partnership and cooperation with the Ministry, which contributes to supporting administrative and financial reform efforts and developing mechanisms for institutional oversight and evaluation.
He pointed to the importance of unifying efforts and exchanging experiences in a way that serves the public interest and consolidates the principles of accountability and transparency in the various state institutions.
