Dhamar:Residents of Dhamar Province gathered on Sunday to commemorate the second anniversary of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's martyrdom, the former Secretary-General of Hezbollah.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by provincial officials Mahmoud Al-Jabin and Mohammed Abdulrazzaq. It focused on Nasrallah's leadership and sacrifices, particularly his efforts against what was described as the US-Israeli project.
Abdullah Musharah, an official at the provincial Awqaf and Guidance Office, spoke about Nasrallah's legacy of steadfastness and sacrifice. He highlighted Nasrallah's support for the Palestinian cause and resistance movements in Gaza and Lebanon.
Musharah also emphasized Nasrallah's backing of oppressed peoples in regions such as Syria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and other parts of the Muslim world. He asserted that the people of Yemen, led by Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, remain committed to supporting the Palestinian cause and resistance in Lebanon and Gaza, pledging to continue on what he referred to as the 'jihadist path' until victory is achieved.
